Contract Analysis
Chemical particle analysis using state-of-the-art methods: our contract laboratory qualitatively and quantitatively analyses the samples submitted for constituents and organic, inorganic and metallic contaminants down to micrometre scale.

Our unique selling point lies in the combination we provide of analytical lab services and customer advice for projects such as the development and approval of medicines and the production and adaptation of systems. In addition to undertaking particle identification and characterisation, we assist in evaluating new projects, develop and validate methods and perform highly critical troubleshooting, as well as advise on pending analyses and support their interpretation.
We also assist with government enquiries (FDI) and routine quality control. We draft a scientific report at the end of each analysis project that is tailored precisely to the needs of our customer.

Everything from a single source
The three service areas we cover – chemical analysis, laboratory equipment development and analyser service – are closely linked and mutually dependent.
We undertake chemical particle analyses in our laboratories to determine the chemical composition of contaminant particles and substances specific to the product. The results indicate the composition of organic, inorganic and metallic substances contained in the product.
The combination of optical microscope and laser spectroscopic analysis modules allows us to examine the particles down to micrometre scale. We analyse organic and inorganic samples using FT-IR and RAMAN spectroscopy. For analysing metals, we use LIBS and SEM/EDX analysis. Special gold-coated filters are required to be able to precisely perform chemical particle analyses using FT-IR, RAMAN spectroscopy and REM/EDX. We produce these in our own workshop for our own use and for sale.
